To install, unzip to:
C:/Program Files/GIMP-2.0/lib/gimp/2.0/plug-ins

Once installed, you will find the plugin under:

Description

This is a simple assistant script. It duplicates a layer given number of times and applies specified rotation to each copy. “Add White BG” option allows user to choose between rgb or gray scale brush type.
User must manually save the file with .gih extension to create the brush.
